Angela Lansbury, an actress with an 80-year career in movies, was born today in 1925.

Marguerite Rawalt, a lawyer and former  president of the National Federation of Business and Professional Women, was born today in 1895. She was a staunch supporter of the ERA and entire feminist agenda, particularly including the word “sex” in Title VII of Civil Rights Act of 1964.
